This Islamic finance and banking course gives an overview of the Islamic modes of finance. In this course, you will learn about Murabaha, Ijarah, Salam, Iistisjna, and Istisjrar modes of finance and their applications, management, the risks involved, and the mitigation measures.
You will also learn about the nature of Islamic banking systems and categories of Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs).

Mohammed Imad Ali
Imad supports Marifa in its initiative to bring affordable, interesting and engaging education on Islamic banking and finance to the online global community using only the most innovative learning techniques in the process. The experience which Imad has gained working with Shariah support and advisory departments of Citi Islamic and HSBC Amanah helps him appreciate the nuances of Islamic finance education. His work stints in the Islamic finance team at Dentons in Dubai and with the legal department of an Islamic leasing company in Kuwait gives him advantage to appreciate Islamic finance legal documentation. Imad obtained his Master’s degree in Comparative Laws from Islamic University Malaysia specializing in Islamic banking jurisprudence. He has read law and is admitted as a lawyer in India
